Handling Missing or Incorrect Bricks During the Building Process

If you discover missing or incorrect bricks while building, don’t worry. Factories typically include a spare bricks bag, and some pieces may be in bags for later steps. This is normal. We recommend continuing the build as much as possible. If you still find any bricks missing or incorrect, please take photos of the affected pieces, clearly marking them on the instruction manual and noting the quantities needed. See the example below:

Once you have the photos ready, attach them to an email and send them to our customer service at support@yyblocks.com. Please include your order number (e.g., SPxxxxx). We will coordinate with the factory to gather all the missing or incorrect bricks at once and arrange to ship them with your next order or directly to you.
